At Apachie Scooters, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your new scooter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your scooter in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the scooter, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
